Job Location :Salt Lake City, UT Salt Lake City Job Level :Entry Level (less than 2 years) Starting Pay $19-$23/hr, Depends on Experience Branch Bankers provide stellar customer service, exhibit digitalcompetency, and foster deposit growth. Experience and Skills: Provide stellar customer service by greeting visitors, answeringphones, maintaining a friendly/respectful demeanor, and ultimatelyproviding solutions by performing basic transactions (cashingchecks, making deposits, opening new accounts). Offer appropriate products and solutions (including TreasuryManagement and Merchant Card Services), provide tech support foronline/mobile banking, and connect customers with appropriatedepartments for additional expertise as needed Increase deposit growth through 2x2x2 follow up, completingcalling lists, and cross-selling during in-branch visits Maintain comprehensive knowledge of duties, regulations, and bankpolicies & procedures by completing assigned training in atimely manner Focus on community involvement by serving on and/or supportinglocal charities, chambers, and business partners (attend functions,answer questions, and build relationships) Rotate with other Branch Bankers to cover Branch Opening/Closingduties as needed Utilize excellent communications skills (both verbal and written) High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required 2 years branch banking or similar customer service experience is desired Applicants have rights under Federal Employment Laws Benefit package includes Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401kplan plus employer match, 13 paid holidays, PTO, Company-PaidDisability and Life Insurance, FSA option, Tuition Reimbursement,Career Development and Promotion Opportunities (based on availableopenings, performance, and ability), employee events, monthly bonuses, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
