This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside five experienced DVMs with a 2.5:1 vet tech to doctor ratio, in a practice that combines high-quality medicine with a supportive, team-driven culture. While experience in exotics and medical direction is preferred, it is not essential, making this role ideal for a motivated DVM ready to grow into a leadership position. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: up to $200,000, commensurate with experience. 20% production bonus with no negative accrual. 3 weeks PTO plus public holidays.
