193. 2025-2026 MBA Investment Analyst, Private Equity & Alternatives, Family Office (Boston)

Our client is a global single-family office with $15B+ AUM, deploying across a portfolio of private equity, growth equity, structured equity, and other alternative investments, reflecting the flexible, opportunistic nature of the firm’s permanent capital mandate. The Investment Analyst will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing private equity and alternative investments, providing origination, due diligence, and analytical support alongside market and sector research, transaction execution, and portfolio management. Reporting to the Investment Director, the Investment Analyst will gain broad exposure to the full investment lifecycle while receiving mentorship to develop the skills needed to operate effectively in a fast-paced, lean, and entrepreneurial environment. The strongest candidates have no more than 4-6 years of experience prior to the MBA in a major investment bank, private equity, and/or private credit. Candidates must be adept at building LBO and other complex financial models, understand valuation and capital structures, and be able to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights. Candidates should be self-starters who are collaborative, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating with significant autonomy. This is a career track role. Salary: $180K+ bonus.
