Join an 8 person team that thrives on collaboration, communication and community.Minimum Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 3 - 5 years' leadership experience (in a professional office, hospitality, retail, banking, medical, etc.)Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environmentAbility to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategiesExcellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skillsTrustworthy; maintain patient confidentially and team ethicsPreferred Experience:1+ years of experience in a dental or medical setting1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivableDentrix or other dental software experiencePhysical Requirements:Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
