Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our fully remote behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality virtual therapy services, develop treatment plans, and support clients dealing with a range of mental health concerns. Key Responsibilities Provide individual (and optional family/couples) psychotherapy via telehealth Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnoses Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (SOAP notes, treatment plans, etc.) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when needed Ensure compliance with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations Manage a consistent caseload and maintain client engagement Qualifications Active LCSW license in good standing (required) Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution Minimum 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience (preferred) Experience providing telehealth services (preferred but not required) Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Preferred Skills Experience with evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) Familiarity with EHR systems Multi-state licensure is a plus Experience working with diverse populations Why Join Us? 100% remote work environment Supportive and collaborative team culture Reduced administrative burden so you can focus on client care Opportunities for professional growth
