Critical Care Registered Nurse

Job Title & Summary Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is looking for experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses to be assigned to the Trauma Unit. The position will provide care to critically injured patients and will plan, evaluate, and implement patient care according to accepted standards of practice. Shift and Schedule Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Qualifications One (1) year of full‑time equivalent experience as a licensed registered nurse. Registered Nurse licensure with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing. Current Healthcare Provider level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). PALS Certification issued by the American Heart Association. Within six (6) months of hire: Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification issued by ARMC. Advanced Trauma Care Nursing certification. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing desired; experience in a Trauma Unit desired. Conditions of Employment Pre‑employment process: background investigation, drug test, verification of employment history and education. Availability: Must indicate availability for all shifts; rotating weekend and holiday coverage may be required.
