Travel Radiology CT Tech Job

Overview CT Tech, Radiology – Travel assignment in Portland, Oregon. Start date 06/08/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay between $2,048 and $2,159 per week. Shift is 3x12-hour days. Employment type: Travel - Temporary Assignment in a short-term acute care setting. The department operates 24/7 and utilizes Siemens Flash Dual Source and Perspective CT scanners. R.T. (R)(CT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT) is required, with AHA BLS on file; venipuncture certification is preferred. Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures with attention to patient safety, comfort, and diagnostic quality.
• Operate Siemens Flash Dual Source and Perspective CT scanners; adjust protocols per physician orders and patient factors.
• Verify patient identity and consent; assess for contraindications and monitor for adverse reactions during contrast administration.
• Administer IV contrast as indicated, monitor patients during and after imaging, and address any immediate needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high-quality images are uploaded to the PACS/RIS; communicate findings with radiologists as needed.
• Collaborate with radiology team and support staff; participate in weekend on-call rotation as backup tech when required.

Requirements

• ARRT certification: R.T.(R)(CT) or R.T.(R)(ARRT) required
• AHA BLS certification required
• Venipuncture certification preferred
• CT imaging experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 radiology environment
• Willingness to work a day shift schedule spanning Sunday–Wednesday
