Management And Program Analyst

Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following:

Analyzes and develops improved processes and procedures for the implementation of natural and cultural resource programs across Reclamation, such as Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act (FAST-41), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), and Clean Water Act (CWA) programs.
Conducts comprehensive reviews of internal operations and activities which directly influence the focus and/or direction of natural and cultural resource programs.
Analyzes new or proposed legislation, regulations, and/or program requirements in order to define, develop, and implement major changes across the bureau.
Develops long-range (e.g., more than 5 years) program plans, goals, objectives, and milestones for program and project accomplishments.
Provides analysis and advice to the NCRD Manager, regional and field staff, and senior leadership in the Commissioner's Office on natural and cultural resource programs and issues.

Duties will be developmental in nature when filled below the full performance level.
