Sr Bridge Engineer

Bridge Design Structural Engineer

We are seeking a Bridge Design Structural Engineer to fill an immediate opening in our growing Engineering Group. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of design experience, specifically in the bridge engineering field, and will be responsible for design and production of detailed structural drawings for a variety of bridge and road projects.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years working as a bridge designer
• NYS Professional Engineering license
• Report writing skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation
• B.S. Civil Engineering
• Familiar with New York State Department of Transportation specifications
• Ability to design prestressed concrete or steel girder bridges according to NYS standards and codes
• Familiar with the LDSA process for working with local municipalities (This role can be done remotely)
