At Care New England, we're looking for dedicated Home Health Aides/CNAs to join our team and provide essential care that supports dignity, comfort, and healing.

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our care team, you'll work under the supervision of a Case Manager to deliver direct personal care and support to patients at home. You'll help patients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and monitor their condition-while keeping the care team informed every step of the way.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
• Assisting patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Helping with toileting needs and mobility support
• Performing light housekeeping duties, changing linens, and preparing meals
• Reporting food and fluid intake/output as assigned
• Taking and recording vital signs under professional supervision
• Providing medication reminders and emotional support
• Observing and reporting any changes in patient condition or behavior
• Documenting care accurately and communicating with the care team
• Supporting therapy exercises as directed
• Calling to confirm scheduled visits and respecting each patient's routine

What You'll Need:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Rhode Island CNA certification (required)
• CPR certification (required)
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance
• At least 1 year of CNA experience preferred (home care experience a plus)
• A passion for helping others and strong communication skills
