Associate Pediatric Dentist

We are looking for an amazing PEDIATRIC DENTIST to join our team 1-2 days per week! The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high‑quality dental care to children and adolescents, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for our young patients. Duties Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients, including preventive, restorative, and emergency treatments. Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Perform various dental procedures such as dental extractions, pulpal therapy, and restorations. Utilize four‑handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe clinical environment. Collaborate with dental assistants and staff to deliver exceptional patient care. Educate patients and their families on oral health practices and preventive care strategies. Stay updated with advancements in pediatric dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development. Experience Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. MUST: Graduate from an accredited pediatric dental residency. Proficiency with dental software systems such as Open Dental is advantageous. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and medical imaging techniques. Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable. Credentialing in oral sedation is beneficial. Great position to add more hours to an existing position!
