Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing outpatient dental practice. Location: Biloxi, MS

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

• Monday-Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• No Fridays, weekends, or on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal therapy.
• Take diagnostic dental radiographs.
• Conduct thorough oral health assessments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
• Assist the dentist in identifying treatment needs.
• Accurately document clinical findings and maintain patient records.
• Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Build strong relationships with patients while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Prepare the operatory before patient appointments and participate in daily morning team huddles.

Qualifications

Required

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Mississippi.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Preferred

• Previous dental hygiene experience is preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Patient Population

• Outpatient setting.
• Primarily treats patients 12 years of age and older.
