Until the property is operational, you will act as a roving Leasing Consultant to support other apartment communities in the greater Austin, TX area.Position Summary:As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property.Responsibilities:Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goalsBuild strong resident relations and provide excellent customer serviceAssist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnelEstablish positive relationships within the communityBe on-call as scheduled by managementQualifications:1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferredSection 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferredYardi software experience preferredAbility to work occasional evenings and weekends as neededDominium is a purpose-driven leader in affordable housing.
