Systems Integrator

Design Solutions and Integration (DSI) is an employee‑owned company that provides automation, electrical, and mechanical services to major energy partners such as Diamondback Energy, ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, and Chevron. Since 2001, DSI has supported oil‑field operations with reliable, safety‑driven solutions. This position is located in Midland, Texas and works in the Permian Basin oil fields. The role requires working 8 days a week (6 days on, 0 days off) at 10 hours per day with overtime as needed, and requires daily driving between and from locations in Texas and New Mexico. Responsibilities Onsite startup, services, troubleshooting, and documentation Onsite PLC/HMI troubleshooting and programming Onsite ROC troubleshooting and programming Onsite Total Flow troubleshooting and programming Onsite instrument troubleshooting and programming Onsite SCADA point‑to‑point and mapping configuration and verification Onsite Radio troubleshooting and programming Requirements Associate’s degree or higher in Instrumentation, Automation, or Controls Four years of experience in oil‑field automation with PLC, HMI, and instrumentation Understanding of oil‑field automation concepts related to CTB, SWD, Well pad, LACT, Compressor, Pipeline, and Storage Valid driver’s license Must be able to pass a follicle drug test if required Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). #J-18808-Ljbffr
