Clothing Sales Associate

We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to join our team as Clothing Sales Associates at our Missoula store. As a member of the Bob Ward's team, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience for every customer.

• Deliver a positive customer experience through friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms with sizing, styling, and product selection.
• Build and apply product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations on apparel and accessories.
• Help customers locate merchandise, sizes, and styles quickly and efficiently.
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure accurate communication of pricing, promotions, and product information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Support merchandising, restocking, and display maintenance efforts.
• Stay informed on current fashion trends, seasonal products, and brand knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support store goals and customer satisfaction.

• • What is the schedule for this job?
  • The schedule for this position includes day and evening shifts Sunday through Saturday, with store hours Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Shifts are available in 4-, 6-, and 8-hour blocks. This can be a full-time or part-time role, with hours ranging from 18 to 40 per week. Weekend, holiday, and evening availability is required.
