Long Term Care Active MI license At least two years of LTC, MS, or Home Health experience - Required BLS - Required 13 weeks 8 hr afternoon shift, possibly 12 based on relief No call wknd rotation required Travel expenses not included (can negotiate rate) Hospice COVID VACCINE NOT REQUIRED day shift- 8 hrs, 40 hr guarantee 13 weeks No call or weekends Covers primarily Harbor Springs/Alanson areas with possibly some visits within Petoskey Case Load: Typically 6 visits per day / 60 Miles per day on average 0.34 mileage reimbursement EMR: Home Care Home Base 1.5+ Years of experience - Required Travel - Preferred Home Care Home Base - Highly preferred End of Life exp - preferred BLS active MI license
