Bilingual Patient Support Specialist - Hybrid

In this role, you will support patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel within a virtual pharmaceutical contact center environment. You will serve as a key point of contact by providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support across multiple communication channels. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work remotely 3 days per week and onsite at our Morrisville, NC corporate office 2 days per week.
