Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, this position involves handling cash transactions, preparing coffee, taking orders, and maintaining a clean and organized environment without any travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Prepare coffee and other beverages
• Take and process customer orders
• Maintain cleanliness of work and customer areas
• Operate coffee-making and POS equipment
• Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers
• Keep organized to support efficient operations

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service
