- Support the Executive Director with day-to-day community operations
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and supporting frontline team members
- Provide operational oversight and support to various departments as delegated
- Assist with administrative and financial tasks, including basic reporting and documentation
- Serve as a sales and marketing support partner , including:
- Participating in prospective resident tours
- Assisting with lead follow-up
- Entering and tracking information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Collaborate with community marketing partners to support census growth and resident engagement
- Promote strong communication, teamwork, and accountability across departments
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and resident-centered community environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to obtain Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification (required)
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and support multiple areas of community operations
- Professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with residents, families, prospects, and team members
- Interest in leadership, operations, and long-term career growth within senior living
