You can do that by supporting people that have been diagnosed with, or are affected by, a disability, in a case management setting – assisting adults affected by a disability with the management of their healthcare.

We do this by having a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to provide the appropriate healthcare and support needed. Our RN’s and LPN’s are a key asset to providing the very important healthcare needed for these great individuals that live within our residential facility and receive day services from us.

The position that we have open is responsible to assess the health status and wellbeing of people supported within our facility. Primary job duties for this role would require you to analyze clinical information by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating conditions.

Other tasks Nurses complete include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provides respiratory care/support
• Interprets lab values and data
• Documents medical records electronically
• Educates/teaches staff, families, patients, students, and persons supported
• Promotes health and safety
• Provides guidance to Direct Care staff
• Completes a variety of other exciting tasks

Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays - 8am-5pm,
Thursdays 12pm-9pm, Mondays  off.
Every 3rd Weekend. 1 Holiday per Year.

LPN base wage starts at $22.92/hour and goes up with experience
RN base wage starts at $35.27/hour and goes up with experience

Job Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

Registered Nurse:
A graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program is required. A valid South Dakota RN Licensure required. Any prior nursing and/or direct care experience is preferred.

Licensed Practical Nurse:
A graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required. A valid South Dakota LPN Licensure is required. Any prior nursing and/or direct care experience is preferred.

A valid driver's license with a clean record is required.

All positions require a clear background check and drug screen upon conditional offer.
