Job Summary The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for exceeding sales objectives in their assigned region while adhering to company and regulatory standards. You will understand and address customer needs, aligning resources and pull-through activities. Acquire in-depth product and disease state knowledge to engage with healthcare professionals effectively. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will promote our first product to Gastroenterologists, Advanced Practice Practitioners, and select Primary Care Physicians to achieve sales goals. Essential Job Responsibilities Drive sales performance to meet or exceed goals. Maintain advanced product and disease state knowledge for engaging healthcare professionals. Build understanding of territory market dynamics and access opportunities. Develop territory business plans with peers and management to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with colleagues in marketing and sales to share best practices. Manage administrative responsibilities including CRM and expense reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of two years of successful medical sales experience, with a preference for GI Specialty experience. Track record of success in sales performance. Experience launching new products and leveraging resources effectively. Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities. Ability to build professional relationships within customer networks. Success in both live and virtual interactions. Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital meeting platforms. Valid driver's license and safe driving record required. Some overnight travel may be necessary depending on geography.
