The Role

As a member of our remote team, you'll work directly with individuals who have requested information about available programs and options . Rather than cold outreach, your focus will be on understanding each member’s circumstances, answering questions, and helping them navigate the information available to them.

Success in this position comes from being a strong listener, communicating clearly, staying organized, and creating a professional and comfortable experience from the first conversation through follow-up.

The position is fully remote , giving you the ability to work independently while still receiving ongoing support, coaching, and development from an experienced team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Meet with members through virtual appointments and phone conversations .
• Learn about each member’s individual needs, priorities, and concerns.
• Present available options in a simple, clear, and easy-to-understand way .
• Answer questions and help members make informed decisions based on their circumstances.
• Maintain accurate electronic records, notes, and follow-up information .
• Work alongside team members and leadership to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship designed to strengthen communication and leadership skills.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and create a better overall experience for members.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada .
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable communicating through Zoom, phone, email, and other digital platforms .
• Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills.
• Organized and capable of managing responsibilities in a remote environment.
• Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or other client-facing positions is helpful but not required.
