HR Analyst

Human Resources Analyst We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to join a team in Washington, DC for a 34 month project. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with an energetic personality who is able to undertake a variety of support tasks. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and will be able to communicate effectively with Executives and the Human Resources team. General Responsibilities: Review, format, and edit existing and new documents for accuracy Create online fillable forms using Microsoft Suite Work with the HR Team and Executives to create new policy documents and/or revise existing company policies Other duties as assigned Requirements: Must have completed 2 years of college courses (Required) Must have 3 years' experience working with Microsoft Suite (Required) At minimum 2 years of experience in a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Client Services role Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively independently with limited supervision Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor #J-18808-Ljbffr
