Implementation Project Manager

Leading a team of Implementation Consultants, the full-time remote Enterprise Implementation Manager will oversee the deployment of Samsara's connected operations platform for large enterprise accounts, focusing on performance management, stakeholder relationships, and process improvements. Key responsibilities Manage team performance and deliver results across team KPIs and organizational OKRs Own executive-level stakeholder relationships and lead escalation resolution for high-value accounts Coach consultants through complex technical implementations, including hardware deployment and system integrations Required qualifications 4+ years of experience managing a services team, particularly in complex enterprise deployments Experience with SaaS and/or IoT/hardware implementation preferred Proven ability to manage escalations and executive stakeholder relationships Familiarity with customer success CRM tools such as Gainsight Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
