Full Time • Management • Lower Burrell, PA, US Salary Range: $14.50 to $17.00 annually Overview Assistant Shop Manager role responsible for daily shop operations, customer experience, and team coordination under the store manager. Responsibilities Manage daily shop operations, including timely opening and closing on manager’s days off. Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings. Assist the store manager in all aspects of store management. Monitor and train new employees. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment. Communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook and Teams. Handle cash and inventory management. Assist in monitoring and tracking shop performance goals. Compensation Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program.
