Sales Representative MerchandiserLocation: Cincinnati, OH (Multi-City Route: Dayton, Columbus & Louisville, KY)Job Type: Full-timePOSITION SUMMARYThe Sales Representative Merchandiser (SRM) is responsible for driving sales growth and supporting customer relationships by promoting and merchandising Cordialsa USA products at assigned retail locations within the territory. This role covers the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus, OH markets, with required weekly travel to Louisville, KY (approximately once per week). The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing a multi-market route, processing sales with store managers, executing in-store merchandising standards, maintaining product visibility and availability, and fostering positive working relationships with store personnel in accordance with company guidelines.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESExecute store routes and service retail accounts across Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus, OH, including weekly travel to Louisville, KY.Support sales growth by identifying opportunities and providing professional customer serviceExecute merchandising activities, including stocking shelves and secondary displaysEnsure correct product placement, pricing accuracy, and compliance with company planogramsService assigned store routes according to established schedules and territory plansRecommend order quantities to support product availability and rotation, and coordinate with store personnel as neededRecord and track in-store activities using company-approved digital systemsSupport returns management process when applicable, including proper identification and communication of returned productsAssist in onboarding new customers, including presenting product information and supporting required documentationSet up promotional materials, point-of-purchase (POP) displays, and SKU labeling in accordance with guidelinesTake photo documentation of store execution and merchandising activities as requiredMonitor inventory levels, support proper product rotation, verify pricing accuracy, and report discrepanciesEnsure compliance with planogram and merchandising standardsPerform other related duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required2+ years of experience in sales, merchandising, customer service, or account management (CPG, grocery, or retail experience preferred)Strong ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships in a field-based environmentStrong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage a route-based territory with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyComfort working in a physically active retail environment, including lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise up to 25 lbsAbility to stay active throughout the workday, including standing, walking, bending, and performing in-store tasks as neededComfortable and safety-conscious when using ladders, carts, and standard retail equipmentBasic proficiency with mobile devices and digital reporting tools (Microsoft Office experience a plus)REQUIREMENTSMust be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorshipValid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance requiredBilingual in English and Spanish preferredBenefits401(k) matchDental InsuranceHealth InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid time offReferral programSCHEDULEMonday through Friday8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
