Business System Analyst-Healthcare Payer/Insurance

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Day one onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months

Responsibilities

Good background & business domain knowledge in Healthcare industry in general and in the US Healthcare Payer/insurance space in particular.
Understanding the Details & Specifics of the requirements including Customer/User expectations. Also to lead interface with the client for capturing the requirements, elaborate User Stories and Acceptance Criteria and handle other Business Analyst activities (end-to-end).
End-to-end Requirement Gathering (Functional/NFRs), converting the requirement into User stories including acceptance criteria.
Strong Agile/Scrum background with experience in JIRA and Confluence.
BRD, FRS, Documentation and Creating Wireframes.
Excellent communications (Written/Verbal: English) skills.
Contributes to the overall team effort, including Quality Assurance.
Participate in sprint and feature reviews with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.
Work effectively with Agile team, including participation in Scrum ceremonies.
