Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist – Florence, Kentucky Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to join an outpatient clinic in Florence, Kentucky. In this role you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while enjoying a new location. Responsibilities Provide outpatient physical therapy services, including evaluation, plan of care development, and implementation of therapeutic interventions. Document care in compliance with payer and clinic requirements, including goal writing, progress notes, and charge entry. Supervise and delegate to therapy assistants or support staff as applicable. Maintain professional licensure and meet state‑mandated continuing education requirements. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Experience in outpatient physical therapy, including evaluation, plan of care development, and implementation of therapeutic interventions. Documentation experience in outpatient settings, including goal writing, progress notes, and charge entry in compliance with payer and clinic requirements. Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants or support staff. Maintain professional licensure and meet state‑mandated continuing education requirements. Preferred: experience with orthopedic and post‑operative rehabilitation caseloads. Assignment Details Duration: 13 weeks. Work hours: 5 days × 8 hours per day (40 hours per week).
