Executive Assistant/Office Manager

A full-time employee for overseeing all office operations for a custom home builder. Pay based on experience. Responsibilities -Answering and returning phone calls

• Interfacing with subcontractors and clients
• Mail, email, copying, scanning
• Accounts payable/receivable
• Tracking of project budgets/job costing
• Maintain organized filing system for project and entity documentation and contracts
• Facility management of office building – accounts payable/receivable for tenants and vendors, onboarding/offboarding of tenants, creating classified ads for open units, etc.
• Executive Assistant to Owner
• Permit Submittal to municipalities for projects

Qualifications -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Google Office applications (Docs, Drive, Calendar, etc.)

• Ability to multi-task
• Prior Bookkeeping and Quickbooks experience required
• Basic construction knowledge
• Knowledge of the loan application process preferred
• Prior experience is a bonus but not necessary
• Will train on areas of deficiency
