Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate, efficient, and timely movement of inventory throughout the warehouse. This role supports daily fulfillment operations by receiving shipments, organizing inventory, picking and packing customer orders, maintaining warehouse organization, and assisting with inventory accuracy. Warehouse Associates play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring every order is processed correctly and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and accurately process incoming inventory.Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality standards.Organize inventory within designated warehouse locations.Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and audits.Restock products and maintain accurate inventory locations.Ensure packaging meets company shipping standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Operate warehouse equipment safely (where authorized).Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or operational concerns.Follow all warehouse SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies.Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.Assist other departments during periods of high operational demand.Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and organization.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.Strong attention to detail.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer literacy.Preferred QualificationsExperience shipping through UPS, FedEx, USPS, or similar carriers.Familiarity with trading card games or collectible products.What Success Looks LikeA successful Warehouse Associate:Maintains exceptional order accuracy.Consistently meets daily productivity expectations.Keeps workstations organized and inventory properly stored.Demonstrates reliability and strong attendance.Works collaboratively with teammates.Identifies and communicates inventory issues proactively.Takes ownership of assigned tasks without constant supervision.Contributes to a safe, positive, and efficient warehouse environment.* In addition to core responsibilities, all team members are expected to support and promote an ethical, respectful, and compliant workplace culture.
