## Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.

• Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

• Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Assist in training new welders and share best practices.

  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding.
