Service Administrator

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless service operations and delivering exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service excellence.

• Coordinate and manage service requests, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
• Assist in preparing service reports and documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address service inquiries and issues.
• Support the service team with administrative tasks, including scheduling and invoicing.
• Monitor service delivery processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards at all times.
• Flexible schedule required (non-traditional hours)
• Primarily late-day / evening shifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant coursework is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in a service administration or customer support role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Work Hours Schedule Details:

• Must be open to evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Typical shifts include:
  • 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 Benefits
