The floater clinician will play a pivotal role in ensuring continuity of care, supporting program needs, and providing clinical expertise wherever needed. This temporary assignment model ensures uninterrupted delivery of high-quality services, mitigating staffing gaps and alleviating undue burden on existing team members. This dynamic position offers experienced clinicians the opportunity to broaden their expertise across a diverse array of youth and family programs governed by regulatory bodies such as OMH, OCFS, ACS, DOH, DOE, HRA, and OTDA.
