Corehab Physical Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at our Saint Petersburg, Florida location. This full-time role involves providing hands-on treatment and support to patients in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, enabling them to regain mobility, enhance physical function, and improve their overall quality of life.

Work Environment

This role is set in an onsite facility that fosters collaboration among skilled healthcare professionals. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a work-life balance while providing essential services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that address each patient's specific health goals.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain and manage an appropriate caseload, ensuring each patient receives tailored attention during their sessions.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately using our electronic medical records (EMR) system, specifically WebPT.
• Promote non-surgical treatment options that prioritize rehabilitation strategies while minimizing reliance on medications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and lifestyle modifications that support their rehabilitation.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy practices to ensure cutting-edge care.
• Provide motivation and support to patients throughout their treatment journey, fostering a positive recovery atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic specializes in servicing a diverse range of patients, including athletes recovering from injuries, individuals seeking post-operative care, and those managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred).
• Active state license as a Physical Therapist, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional skills in various manual therapy techniques.
• Proficient in designing and implementing effective exercise programs to enhance patient recovery.
• Competence in using EMR systems, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Proven track record of successful patient management and treatment outcomes.
• Expertise in orthopedic conditions and sports injuries.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
