Assistant Manager

Role Overview: The Assistant Service Center Manager supports the Service Center Manager in leading daily operations, building a high-performance team, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, supervising staff, training new employees, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety protocols. The role involves developing efficient work schedules, managing inventory, assisting with store audits, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service settings, with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, utilize KPI data for performance improvement, and maintain schedule flexibility. High school diploma or equivalent is required, along with physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled conditions.
