Physical Therapist (PT) Acute Care

The Physical Therapist in Acute Care will be responsible for providing rehabilitative services to patients within an acute care setting. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to improve patient mobility and functional capabilities.

This position may offer the following scheduling options:

• 5x8s, Monday to Friday with weekend rotation
• 4x10s, Saturday to Tuesday

The position is for Day shift, operating on a 4x10-Hour schedule from 08:00 to 18:00.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans for patients.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
• Documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educating patients and their families about treatment protocols and home exercise programs.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Experience in acute care settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
