Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program Computer literacy RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire Preferred certifications include ACLS/PALS Key Duties Assess and monitor patient conditions accurately Administer prescribed medications and treatments Provide patient education and support Collaborate with healthcare team members Assist with procedures and technical tasks Address psychosocial and discharge needs Promote safety and cost-efficient practices Engage in lifelong learning to enhance nursing skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
