Assistant Operations Manager - Front Desk

The position will have exposure to the housekeeping department and F&B areas of the hotel to assist with the overall operations within the hotel. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and hospitable attitude. Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently. Verify reservations, room assignments, and payment methods. Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and dining recommendations. Handle guest requests and resolve concerns in a timely and courteous manner. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Process room changes, upgrades, and special requests when available. Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the property management system. Balance cash drawers and complete end-of-shift reports according to hotel procedures. Follow all company policies, safety standards, and security procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. The hourly rate for this position is: $21.05, annualized at $52,000 based on 45 hours per week.
