Compensation & Benefits

• Hiring Wage:
  • LPN: $28 – $36/hour
  • RN: $38 – $48/hour
• Sign-On Bonus:
  • Up to $15,000 for part-time
  • Up to $25,000 for full-time
    (Bonus amount depends on LPN or RN status)

Job Summary

The Skilled Nursing LPN/RN provides compassionate, safe, and efficient care to assigned residents. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, updating care plans, and supervising assigned staff in accordance with organizational standards and resident care plans.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Update and maintain individualized resident care plans.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Supervise and support assigned staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure/Certification:
  • Valid LPN or RN license for the state of Minnesota.
  • BLS certification required.
• Skills & Abilities:
  • Effective communication and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to measure and understand medical quantities.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices and medication effects.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Must be able to move, position, and communicate effectively in English.
• Work Environment:
  • Moderate noise level.
  • Travel frequency may vary based on business needs.
