Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) Location City: Dallas, TX Job Overview We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing appropriate interventions to ensure positive health outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement personalized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, or an equivalent degree.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) may be required for certain positions.
