Behavioral Health Specialist
National Staffing Solutions
Position Overview:
- Support individuals with mental health or behavioral conditions
- Assist with implementing care or treatment plans
- Provide direct patient interaction and support
- Monitor and document patient behavior and progress
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Relevant experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting
- Certifications or licensure may be required depending on role (e.g., RBT, counselor license)
- Strong communication, de-escalation, and patient engagement skills
