Geriatric Wellness Nurse | Full-Time Day Shifts
West Chester Assisted Living & Memory Care
Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Wellness Nurse to support residents through ongoing clinical monitoring, medication administration, and collaboration with nurses and caregivers. The role requires full-time day shifts (7am–7pm) with every other weekend. You will ensure care plans are followed, coordinate with physicians and external providers, document observations, and maintain compliance with state regulations.
