$90,000–$150,000+ | Monday–Friday | Weekends Off

At Accurate Auto Group, we're looking for an experienced, hands-on Lead Automotive Technician / Mentor who wants to continue doing what they love while helping develop the next generation.

This isn't a desk job. You'll still turn wrenches, tackle challenging diagnostics, and produce quality work. You'll also help other technicians develop their skills, confidence, and problem-solving abilities.

Whether you've been a Master Technician, Shop Foreman, Team Lead, or simply the go-to person in your shop, we'd like to hear from you.

LEAD BY EXAMPLE. DEVELOP THE TEAM.

As our Lead Automotive Technician / Mentor, you'll:

• Diagnose and repair complex electrical, drivability, engine, and mechanical problems
• Mentor developing technicians through hands-on training and diagnostic guidance
• Share your knowledge of scan tools, testing procedures, and modern vehicle systems
• Help improve technician accuracy, efficiency, and confidence
• Promote quality workmanship, accountability, and consistent repair practices
• Lead with professionalism, integrity, and patience

We're not looking for someone who knows everything. We're looking for someone who knows a lot and is willing to share it.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 15+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
• Strong advanced diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills
• Broad mechanical repair experience with domestic and import vehicles
• Experience with modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment
• ASE Master certification or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous mentoring or leadership experience a plus
• Proven productivity and commitment to quality repairs
• Patience, communication skills, and a willingness to teach
• Professional tools, valid driver's license, and clean driving record

We also recognize that mentoring takes time. That's why this position offers opportunities for additional compensation tied to developing other technicians.
