Tech Lead - Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full stack Developer with a strong background in Java 11 and Angular to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development, demonstrating a deep understanding of both front end and back end technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that provide exceptional user experiences while ensuring robust performance and scalability. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java 11 and Angular.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the application stack.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java 11, with a solid understanding of object oriented programming principles.
• Extensive experience with Angular framework for building dynamic web applications.
• Proficient in RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Jasmine).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions on time.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
