Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state SLP license
• At least one year of paid SLP experience in a school setting
• Experience working with preschool-aged children
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• CFs and SLPAs are not eligible for this role

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to preschool students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other support staff
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Participate actively in team meetings to share progress and recommend strategies
• Engage in professional development to stay current with best practices
