Position: Inpatient Occupational Therapist

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 AM - 04:00 PM)

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 5x8's, 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM

Average Daily Census: 14-16 patients

Requirements

  • Years of Experience: 1 Year Required
  • First-timers: Accepted
  • Weekend Requirement: Must work one weekend day
  • Certifications & Licensure:

    • Current license in the state of Arizona - Required
    • BLS (American Heart Association) - Required
  • Application Timeline:

    • Fingerprint clearance card submission: 4-6 weeks
    • AZ OT Application processing: 3-6 weeks
    • Total process time estimate: 7-12 weeks
Special Requirements

The department operates 7 days a week, requiring weekend work. Candidates should possess strong clinical skills to confidently manage moderate to maximum assistance patients and have the ability to handle co-treatments. Experience with ventilated patients and a flexible approach to taking on additional evaluations throughout the day is preferred.
