Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00/hour (to be discussed upon application)
• Salary: Guaranteed starting at $425K annually, with productivity incentives
• Sign-on bonus: $75,000

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Manage a diverse patient panel across prenatal, delivery, postnatal, and gynecological services
• Conduct hospital rounds and coordinate inpatient care
• Utilize advanced surgical and diagnostic technology, including robotic-assisted systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
• Lead and mentor support staff and advanced practice providers
• Participate in continuous education and quality improvement initiatives
• Support hospital outreach efforts and community health programs

What You Need:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OB/GYN
• Valid medical license for Missouri or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology

• Experience in surgical procedures, including robotic surgery
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
