You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and oversee clinical trials, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data and contributing to the advancement of innovative therapies and treatments./ppWhat You Will Be Doing:/pulliProviding medical and scientific oversight for clinical trials, ensuring the safety of subjects and the integrity of trial data./liliCollaborating with clinical operations, regulatory, and safety teams to drive the successful execution of early phase clinical studies./liliDeveloping and reviewing clinical study protocols, study reports, and other key study documents./liliInterpreting clinical trial data and providing medical insights to inform decision-making and guide clinical development strategies./li/ulpYour Profile:/pulliMedical degree (MD) or (DO)/liliExtensive experience in clinical research and development, ideally as a Principal Investigator for Early Phase clinical trials/liliClinical Practice Experience, ideally in general medicine./liliMedical Monitoring experience highly preferred/liliStrong understanding of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines./liliExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on interpreting clinical data and driving evidence-based decisions./liliExcellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams./li/ulpWhat ICON can offer you:/ppOur success depends on the quality of our people.
