***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***Our apartment community is seeking a housekeeper for our 2,141-unit beautifully landscaped apartment community in Euless! Requirements
- Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
- Knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools
- Constant need to be on feet and to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Cleaning the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily
- Cleaning and maintaining the laundry facilities as well as model apartments daily
- Preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-in
- Performs additional duties requested by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager
