Dallas Office - Capital Markets Associate

Opportunity Akin’s Capital Markets group is seeking a highly qualified associate with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience to join our Dallas office. Candidate must have experience working on a variety of capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, as well as Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance matters. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required. Candidate must be admitted to, and in good standing with, the bar of the state in which they intend to practice. About the Practice Our corporate team serves as trusted advisors and powerhouse dealmakers to public and private companies, leading investors and boards of directors around the world. This position is required to be available to work in person. All employees are required to comply with the firm’s employment policies. The base salary range for this position is $235,000 to $310,000.
